| The Crestwood Police Department is excited to announce that Commander David Alexander is participating in the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run Five-O Racing Event to benefit Special Olympics Illinois again! This event is held on August 1st, 2026, 6:30 pm, at the Grundy Country Speedway located at 8890 N. Rt. 47 Morris, IL 60450.
This unique event brings law enforcement agencies from across Illinois together to raise funds for an incredible cause — supporting athletes with intellectual disabilities through sports training, competitions, and life-changing opportunities.
