REFUND POLICY

Please call the Biela if you are unable to attend a trip.

Since trips need to be paid well in advance of the date, a refund

will not be given unless there is a waiting list.

You also have the option of finding someone to take your place.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OTHERWISE.

As of February 17, 2023 there will be a fee of 3.25% when using a credit card.

All other items being paid using a credit card, debit card or e-check will incur a 3.25% processing fee (minimum of $1.95), assessed by Invoice Cloud, the Village of Crestwood's electronic payment processing vendor.
