TO PAY BY MAIL

• Please place a check mark in the box next to “Payment Enclosed” on the Notice of Violation Liability Stub.
• Enclose the Notice of Violation Liability Stub along with a check or money order made payable to: Village of Crestwood RLE Program.
• Please mail payment to: 

DO NOT SEND CASH. BE SURE TO WRITE YOUR TICKET NUMBER ON THE FRONT OF YOUR MONEY ORDER TO ENSURE PROPER ALLOCATION.

TO PAY IN PERSON

• Please bring your Violation Notice and Payment to the Crestwood Police Department located at 13830 S. Cicero Ave, Crestwood.
• Business Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM & Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Accepted forms of payment include: CASH or CREDIT CARD.

You MUST bring payment to this location WITHIN 30 DAYS of the Notice Date found on the front of the Notice of Violation.

• An Emergency Telephone is located in the vestibule of the police department for use during closed lobby hours, or an alternative is calling 911 from any telephone if you require emergency services.

• Business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (exluding legal holidays)
• Accepted forms of payment include: ELECTRONIC CHECK and CREDIT CARD.
