Need A Ride? Dial-A-Ride!

** Dial-A-Ride Bus is only for Crestwood Residents and riders must register at Village Hall. ID is required for registration. **

To Schedule a Ride, call the Village of Crestwood at (708) 371-4800, and Press 2 at the Main Menu

The Village of Crestwood has a small Pace Bus that is available to all Crestwood residents to use to get around town. Our bus will take you anywhere within the corporate limits of the Village of Crestwood. The Dial A Ride bus service is available, Monday – Friday and operating hours are 9:00 am to 3:45 pm. The Dial A Ride bus service is not available on the following Observed Holidays, when Village Hall is closed.

The Dial A Ride bus is accessible for passengers requiring mobility assistance. Our bus is equipped with a lift to accommodate wheelchairs, mobility scooters and walkers; so nothing will prevent you from taking care of personal business, errands or socializing with friends. The bus has AC for the summer and is heated in the winter.

It is easy to set up an appointment to take you where you want to go. Call Village Hall at (708) 371-4800, Press 2 to be connected with Dial A Ride, on the morning of the day that you require a ride (we do not pre-scheduled rides in advanced).

Let us know the following info when you call to schedule a ride;

Where you would like to go. If you require more than 1 trip, let us know that as well.
Indicate the time you need to be picked up.
Approximate time you will need to be picked up.

The Village does it’s best to accommodate your time schedule but please keep in mind that many other residents use this service as well which may affect your pickup times on busy days.

Cost per trip is $2.25 for Adults, $1.25 for Students and Senior Citizens (65 years +) and Disabled/Handicapped Residents ride FREE.

Last Pick Up Time: 3:45 P.M.

Limit To 2 Bags per Passenger

No Pets or Animals allowed on the bus

Service Animals with Proper Identification are Allowed

No Smoking On The Bus
