The Crestwood Police Department would like to make residents aware of several recent occurrences of individuals claiming to represent the Village as an asphalt company. Please know that the Village has not authorized these people to represent us in anyway and be sure to come to Village Hall to obtain a permit to have your driveway resealed or asphalted. We require all companies/contractors to register with the Village to perform work. This will help us to control scams like this in our community. As a reminder, always be cautious when answering the door to strangers and accepting offers to do any work without obtaining a permit or checking with the Village.
