The Village of Crestwood is committed to prioritizing the safety and well-being of all residents. In line with this commitment, the Crestwood Police Department has introduced the Citizens at Risk program, also known as Occupants with Autism, to provide crucial information to emergency responders during response calls.

This free and voluntary database managed by the department is designed to provide peace of mind to our residents. It serves as a valuable tool for enhancing interactions involving individuals with autism, among other situations, and the men and women of the Crestwood Police Department. The decals will serve as a visible notification not only to police but to all first responders.

Please fill out the linked form to participate. You will scroll down and on the bottom right, "At Risk Residents" is the form you will fill out. Once completed, please stop by the station to pick up your stickers. If you have any questions about this program, please email crestwoodpolicedept@gmail.com.
