Commissioner Joan Murphy wanted to share, summer job opportunities for High School Students and young adults in your Community. Each summer Cook County Forest Preserves partners with the Friends of the Forest and Student Conservation Association. Positions are available for high school students ages 15- 19 years old. This summer program is suggested for high school students that have an interest in the environment and enjoy being outdoors. Crew leader positions are also available for adults 21 and older that have a strong interest in working with and mentoring students plus have knowledge of the environment and conservation. Attached is all the contact information as well as a flyer to post.
