Village Vehicle Sticker
- The Village of Crestwood requires that all residents and registered businesses annually purchase and display a Village Vehicle Sticker for all vehicles registered to a Crestwood address.
- Stickers become available starting December 1st. Stickers purchased after March 1st will be assessed a late fee.

Pet Registration and License Tags
- It is a requirement of the Village of Crestwood that all pets must be registered/licensed with the Village of Crestwood and inoculated by a licensed veterinarian on an annual or 3 year basis.
