Hometown Hero Banner Program

The Village of Crestwood is proud to offer the “Hometown Heroes Banner Program” to honor current or former residents of Crestwood who have served or are currently serving our country in a branch of the military.

Individuals must have served in any of the following branches of service;

Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard & National Guard.

To order a banner simply fill out the program application and return the completed application, a photo of the individual in uniform  and a $125 participation fee* to Crestwood Village Hall.

*The $125 fee for participation includes the banner production and placement by the Village during the time period.

Applications will be accepted from December 1st through May 31st each year.
