Pet Registration and Pet License Tags
It is a requirement of the Village of Crestwood that all pets must be registered/licensed with the Village of Crestwood and inoculated by a licensed veterinarian on an annual or 3 year basis.
In order to purchase a pet license tag, please bring proof of your pet's up to date Rabies vaccination that was performed by a licensed veterinarian. The Village’s cost for a pet license tag is only $3.00, and Pet license tags are available to purchase at the Village Hall.
- Maximum number of pets allowed per household. (Single family 3 pets)
- All animals must be restrained by leash when out on public property.
- Owners must clean up after pets. (On private and public property)
- Dogs must not be allowed to bark as to cause a nuisance or disturbance to neighboring properties.
